The $50,000 Earnest Scholarship Fund

November 20, 2020

Earnest, a leading financial technology company, is now accepting applications for its $50,000 scholarship fund. We will be awarding $5,000 to 10 undergrad or grad students for the 2021 Spring Semester.

To help more students get to school, we created the Earnest Scholarship Fund as a way to award 10 students who, through an essay submission, best articulate how their education will enable their goals. To maintain the Earnest Scholarship, we put a percentage of each student loan we refinance into our scholarship fund.

The submission deadline is December 31, 2020, winners will be notified via email in January, and schools begin to receive the scholarship funds in March 2021. There are no minimum GPA, residency, or major requirements to apply!
